MindTimer

The Apple Watch timer that taps you back to the breath.

Any timer can tell you when a sit is over. MindTimer helps while you're in it: gentle haptic taps on your wrist, at a rhythm you choose, each one a quiet reminder to notice the mind has wandered and come back to the breath. No guided voices, no library to scroll — just a small, deliberate meditation timer for the Apple Watch.

What it does

Taps that bring you back
Minds wander — that's the practice. A gentle haptic taps your wrist during the sit, and each tap is a cue to notice where your attention went and return to the breath. No sound, no screen, nothing anyone else can hear.
Your rhythm, your feel
Choose taps anywhere from every 10 seconds up to once a minute, or tie them to the sit itself — at the halfway point, thirds, or quarters. Pick from three tap styles to find the one that cuts through without jolting you.
Set it and breathe
Dial in a length with a tap, hit Start, and the watch does the rest. No accounts, no feeds, no streaks to keep.
Open-ended Rollover
Turn on Rollover and sessions carry on past the target instead of stopping. Sit for as long as it feels right.
Counts towards Health
Every session is saved as mindful minutes in Apple Health, so it lands alongside the rest of your day.
